Refund Policy

At Apex Garage, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of both the product and the packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we will usually offer one of the following solutions:

  • a replacement item

  • a reshipment

  • another appropriate solution depending on the situation

Returns and Refunds

Because most of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

For orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or with a confirmed quality issue, we will normally prioritize a replacement or reshipment rather than an immediate refund.

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases where a replacement or reshipment is not possible.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds are generally not accepted in the following situations:

  • the item is no longer wanted after delivery

  • the customer changes their mind after placing the order

  • personal preference issues, including expectations about size, color, or style

  • delivery problems caused by an incorrect shipping address or contact information provided at checkout

  • items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

Returning Items

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
